How long is setup?

Typically 90 minutes for two tables; add 20 minutes per additional table.

No cash changes hands. Guests play for chips that convert into raffle tickets, prizes, or leaderboards.

What do you bring?

Tables, custom felts, chips, accessories, signage, dealers, and a pit boss to manage the floor.

How far do you travel?

Greater Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and on-request travel across Michigan.

Do you supply insurance?

Yes—$2M general liability with venue COIs on request.

What about branding?

Custom chips, layouts, signage, and dealer apparel are available.

Can we combine casino with other entertainment?

Absolutely—we routinely integrate DJs, photo booths, trivia, and esports.

How do you price corporate casino nights?

We quote based on peak active players, table mix, staffing hours, décor, and travel.

Can you work inside strict venues?

Yes—we manage COI, union rules, dock schedules, and security requirements daily.

Do you handle prizes?

We can coordinate or integrate with your internal raffle or gifting platform.

Pricing

Why do you price by active players?

It keeps events right-sized. Total attendance rarely equals players at the tables simultaneously.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, 30% to lock in date, balance due 7 days pre-event.

What forms of payment?

ACH, credit card, or corporate check.
